The 55,000 sqm landmark combines retail spaces, offices, clinics, service apartments as well as three underground layers for parking and different utility services. The unique architectural design aims to provide a unique “Three-Sixty” degree, full-fledged experience appealing to a wide array of visitors.
The estimated project value is 1.2 Billion Egyptian Pounds with an expected duration of three years.
