Amr Sultan – Chief Executive Officer & Board Member
In 1990, Amr graduated from the faculty of Civil Engineering, Cairo University. With over twenty-eight years of experience working in the development and real estate sector Amr is known to be a great visionary and has been the inspiration for many of Egypt’s landmark constructions. As the Managing Director of Landmark Sabbour, Amr came to the idea of establishing LMS Construction to be the construction arm of Landmark Sabbour group.
Amr El-Kayal – Chief Operations Officer & Board Member
Amr obtained his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University in 1990. In addition to thirty years of experience in the construction industry, Engineer Amr is also a certified Project Manager (IPA-CPM) from the International Project Management Association (IPMA) and has successfully lead the completion of several mega projects during his time in TMG, Bin Laden Group and Orascom Construction. After serving as a Project’s Director in Orascom Construction, Amr took the initiative to establish LMS Construction as a means to conquer newer and bigger challenges.
Mohamed Abd El-Monem – Chief Financial Officer & Board Member
Mohamed received his bachelor’s degree in English Commerce from Ain-Shams University in 2001 and has been working in the finance sector for close to twenty years. He obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ain-Shams University in Accounting & Finance. For the past fourteen years, he has made tremendous contributions to Landmark Sabbour group, and currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer and is an active Board Member in all Landmark Sabbour companies.
DEPARTMENT HEADS
Hana Eissa – Head of Project Controls and Corporate Governance
Hana graduated from Helwan University, faculty of Engineering in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. While working as the Cost Control department head for Egypt and Qatar projects in CRC-Dorra, she obtained her first post graduate certificate (2008) from the American University in Cairo (AUC) in Project Management. In 2010, she became a certified Project Management Associate (IPMA-D) by the International Project Management Association (IPMA). Two years later, she obtained her PMP® from the Project Management Institute and in 2018 she obtained her Master’s degree in Strategic Management and Accounting/Financial Control from the German University in Cairo (GUC). Her thesis for the Master’s degree studied the relationship between organizational culture and strategy execution in the construction industry in Egypt. In 2019, Hana became a Certified Project Manager (IPMA-CPM) by the International Project Management Association (IPMA). Hana moved from CRC-Dorra to Orascom Construction in 2013 where she held the role of cost control manager for several industrial and construction mega projects.
Hesham El-Sammak – Head of Tender & Business Development
Hesham obtained his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University in 1992. With over twenty-seven years of experience working in Egypt & KSA in different disciplines such as MEP division head, project & construction manager, he obtained his PMP certificate in 2013, in addition to numerous courses in project management and business development. Hesham has been working in several consultancy and constriction firms, such as ECG, Orascom Construction and Miraco Carrier.
Helene Tadros – Head of Technical Office – Electromechanical
Helene received her bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering from Helwan University in 1993. In addition to twenty-six years of experience in the construction industry, Helene has also completed the Professional Program in Project Management from the AUC. She has been working in Orascom Construction serving in the completion of mega construction projects.
Mariam Matta – Head of Technical Office – Civil/Arch
Mariam obtained her bachelor’s degree of Fine Art from South Valley University in Luxor specializing in Decoration Interior Architecture Department. Since 2004 and she has been working in Orascom Construction in the Technical Office field coordinating with consultants/vendors and managing the design development and construction document drawing production phases.
Mohamed Abd Al-Mawla– Head of Quantity Surveying
Mohamed got his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Cairo University in 1995. For the past twenty-five years, he has been working in the quantity surveying field in residential and infrastructure projects. Throughout his construction journey, Mohamed worked in different construction firms such as Misr Engineering Development Company (MEDCOM) and Misr Construction & Trading Company.
Weaam El-Hosney – Head of Contracts, Procurement & Warehouses
Weaam received her bachelor’s degree in Commerce (English Section) from Assuit University in 2003. In addition to ten years of experience in the telecom industry, she managed to complete a Diploma in Banking Studies in Economics five years after her graduation. Weaam worked in Vodafone Egypt and Orascom Construction as procurement team leader in the year 2018-2019.
