The project is a fully integrated mixed-use development which includes a state of the art business park designed for the most prestigious organizations, an unparalleled retail area featuring a variety of shopping destinations as well as casual and fine dining facilities, a sprawling green park thriving with a selection of native flora and a five star W hotel by Marriott International. The project built up area is 350,000 sqm, including Office buildings, W-Hotel, hotel apartments, retail and water park budgeting around 5.5 Billion Egyptian Pounds.
